Man charged with Kevin's murder

A MAN from Birmingham has been charged with the murder of Kevin Wright.

Carlton Ashman-Samuels, 28, from the Handsworth area of Birmingham, has also been charged with the attempted murder of 20-year-old Kevin's brother Danny, 23, and uncle, Carl, 30.

Former Bishop Wulstan School pupil Kevin died from stab wounds he suffered in an incident near St Andrew's Church in the the town centre on Monday.

Ashman-Samuels appeared at Nuneaton Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
