  • Band ready for festival season

    Dan Santy

    06 April 2009

ROCKERS The 7'20's will be playing the Style Bar in Rugby on Friday, April 10 appearing at a series of festivals.

They will appear at the North Street venue's Stereotype as part of an intensive period of touring around the country and will be supported by The Light Cascades and Russian Gun Dogs.

In the summer the band will be headlining Rugby Music Festival on June 28.

Keyboard player John Slinger said: "We’re really looking forward to rocking the Stereotype night at Style Bar again.

"It’s always a great gig for us and the crowds we’ve been getting when we play at Style are really into our music.

"We’re all excited about this summer, having the opportunity to play our music to thousands of people in festival settings will be a perfect opportunity to show what we’re capable of."

The Style Bar gig is free to enter and starts at 10pm.

The 7'20's debut EP Aquarian Charm is available at Strand in Rugby town centre and online at www.myspace.com/720s.
