PROPERTY expert Caroline Newman shares her knowledge with TV audiences next week.
Caroline, property expert and director of Newman Sales & Letttings, was approached by ITV to offer specialist advice and guidance to a couple on whether the option of investing in property to rent out was a worthwhile venture.
The programme Generation Rent, which airs on Thursday January 10, features Robert O’Callaghan and Carolyn Busfield from Churchover near Rugby. With Caroline's help they explore the possibility of investing in bricks and mortar versus keeping the money in the bank.
Caroline shows Robert and Carolyn two completely different types of property - new versus old - and explains everything they need to know about buying investment property and the pitfalls to look out for, making sure they are fully prepared to be ‘clued up’ landlords.
Caroline said: "Over the last two years we have seen a tremendous increase in young people converting from first time buyers to first time renters.
"The rental market has quite literally boomed and given the current property market it has never been a better time for people to invest in bricks and mortar. Supply basically needs to meet demand."
To benefit from free professional advice Caroline Newman can be contacted on 01926 436111 or via caroline@newman.uk.com
The programme can be seen on ITV 1 at 7.30pm. To view again visit ITV iPlayer.
