POLICE are appealing for witnesses after three men sexually assaulted a woman.

The victim was walking across the footbridge crossing the railway line heading from Wood Street to Technology Drive at around 4.30pm on Sunday November 11 when she was attacked.

Police believe at least one of the men was eastern European and aged in his mid 20s.

Another had fair hair and wore a white and blue top and jeans, while the third wore a puffer jacket.
