THOSE who lost their lives serving King, Queen, and country were remembered at the weekend.
There were services in the town centre and across the borough yesterday (Sunday) as Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day - when the guns fell silent at the end of the First World War - coincided.
Hundreds attended services on a crisp sunny morning to honour the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
