The Boss - Bruce Springsteen is heading for Coventry.
BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN and the E Street Band bring their Wrecking Ball World Tour to Coventry's Ricoh Arena next year.
The Boss will be taking to the stage in Coventry on June 20, performing classic tracks from his 40-year career together with material from 17th studio album Wrecking Ball.
He begins his European leg on May 26 in Munich, with three UK stadium shows scheduled – June 15 at Wembley Stadium, June 18 at Hampden Park in Glasgow, before the final scheduled British show in Coventry. The veteran rocker has already taken the Wrecking Ball World Tour to 17 countries.
The 63-year-old singer-songwriter enjoys critical and commercial success on a global scale. He has made his name with a distinct brand of heartland rock, poetic lyrics, and energetic and lengthy concert performances - some lasting over four hours.
His back catalogue includes classic albums such as Born To Run, The River, and Born in the U.S.A, and he has earned a string of awards including 20 Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes and an Academy Award.
Tickets - from £55 plus booking fee - for the Rich Arena gig go on sale on Friday at 9am and are available by calling 0844 338 0338 or in person from Ricoh Arena Box Office tomorrow (December 7 only).
