CHRISTMAS is coming after this year's lights switch on in Rugby.
An afternoon packed with events kept hundreds of people entertained yesterday (Sunday), with live music, games and magic followed by the big switch on by special guest, seven-year-old leukaemia sufferer Eamon Donnison.
Other guests included Mayor Kathryn Lawrence and Santa Claus himself, while Rugby FM's Jason Moss hosted the afternoon's entertainment.
A fireworks display ended the day's celebrations and marked the start of the countdown to Christmas.
Observer photographer Jon Mullis was there taking pictures of the day's action.
