THE FAMILY of a young man not seen since Friday have urged him to get in touch with them.

Ashley Moon was last seen on Friday (June 1) and has not been heard from by his family or friends since.

The 19-year-old had been living with friends in Bilton but had been asked to leave shortly before his disappearance.

It is thought he had slept rough the night before he was last seen.

CCTV footage seen by Ashley's family show him with an unknown couple near to Rugby railway station on Friday night.

Sarah Humphreys, engaged to Ashley's father Ray Watts, said the family were concerned and just wanted to know he was okay.

"We're worried about him and we only want him to get in touch and let us know he's safe," she said.

"Me and his dad are getting married in a few weeks and we want him to be there."

Ashley's mother, Helena Moon, has also urged her son to get in touch and has been appealing for information about his whereabouts on Facebook.

Warwickshire Police has been made aware of Ashley's disappearance but has not taken the step of launching a missing persons campaign.
