THE WINNERS of this year's Mr, Miss and Junior Miss Rugby beauty contest have been crowned.

A glitzy final ceremony held on Saturday (March 3) at the Indian Community on Edward Street saw Jordan Williams crowned Mr Rugby, Chelsie Griffin Miss Rugby and Emmi Harris Junior Miss Rugby.

The competition raised £5,000 this year for Coventry babies hospice Zoe's Place and the official Miss World Charity, Beauty with a Purpose.

Contestants who raised the most money and were crowned Charity Kings and Queens were Karla Fitzpatrick, Abbigail Wicker, Kyza Derby and Jordan Williams.

Mr and Miss Rugby will now go on to compete nationally at the Mr and Miss England finals.
