THERE was double reason to celebrate for Rugby Triathlon Club at the Wellingborough Multi-Terrain event on Sunday.
Having dug themselves out of the snow, Jane Needham improved on her third position from the first race of the series to win the 15km event in 1-06.28 whilst Anne Portsmouth edged a sprint finish to win the 10km event in 48.15. Team-mate Josie Goodwin timed 52.38 in the 10km event.
The final meeting of the three-race series takes place on February 26.
